In der n\u00e4chsten Phase unserer Zusammenarbeit werden wir Supply-Chain-Einblicke aus dem FedEx-Netzwerk mit der Microsoft Cloud verbinden, um die E-Commerce-Erfahrung f\u00fcr Marken, H\u00e4ndler und Verbraucher zu verbessern.&#8221; Dabei werden die Datenauswertungen von FedEx mit Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management verbunden und k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz genutzt, um eine Omnichannel-Auftragsverwaltungsanwendung zu schaffen, die sich in bestehende ERP- und CRM-Systeme integrieren l\u00e4sst und weitere Auftragsquellensysteme wie Online-E-Commerce-Marktpl\u00e4tze, mobile Apps, Social Commerce und traditionelle Bestellkan\u00e4le via EDI oder station\u00e4re Verkaufsstellen nutzen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Plattform ist mit vorgefertigten Konnektoren ausgestattet, die Marken bereits f\u00fcr die Omnichannel-Bestellannahme, die kanal\u00fcbergreifende Auftragsabwicklung und -auslieferung sowie f\u00fcr regelbasierte Auftragsorchestrierung in einer Low-Code\/No-Code-Umgebung nutzen. In Verbindung mit Daten und Einblicken in das FedEx-Netzwerk wollen die Unternehmen neue, innovative Wege er\u00f6ffnen, um ihre Kunden besser zu bedienen.
