Last year, Microsoft announced plans to launch\u00a0two new Canadian datacenters<\/a>. On March 14th, we celebrated a new milestone: select Microsoft Canadian customers and partners\u00a0have begun\u00a0an operational preview of Microsoft Azure cloud in local cloud regions.\u00a0This milestone marks the start of a significant expansion of Microsoft’s trusted cloud services into Canada, and\u00a0represents a major leap forward\u00a0for banks, governments and others who need to know exactly where their data sits.<\/p>\n We’ve collected some of our favourite coverage of this event below – check out how these select customers are benefiting from the Canadian Cloud:<\/p>\n\n
