Every organization is facing increasing pressure to transform how they use technology \u2013 from financial services organizations facing competition from new players, to public sector organizations looking for ways to improve how they deliver services to citizens. At the heart of these organizations is the IT professional. Working with customers across Canada, I have seen the massive changes IT pros are driving within their organizations to support innovation and contribute to the organization\u2019s success.<\/p>\n
