The LMS is a slight typo I think – should have said ‘learner’ not ‘learning’, which in our case is Pro Solution.

Plagiarism detection is managed through Turnitin – we don’t have the integration yet in Teams but we have come up with a very nice and sneaky work around until such time as we do have the integration – essentially we’ve created departmental log-ins and these allow staff to manage submissions in turnitin as a group, opposed to as individuals – happy to discuss if you like – just send me your number and we can chat.

it was an interesting article – we are also looking at re-evaluating our VLE in our institution. However, there is one point I’d like clarifying – have you completely replaced your Moodle with teams?
Under Tip 3 you mention – ‘we made the brave decision to move the entire college away from Moodle and into Teams and Office 365 for the 2019-20 academic year.’ but under Tip 4 you say ‘Membership of teams is linked directly to our Learning Management System’
In the latter, are you actually referring to your SIS system, rather than the Learning Management System?

I’d also be interested to know how you plan to manage e-submission of student work, and plagiarism detection.
