How natural interfaces changed the way I work

I’m a corporate blogger. I come from a long line of hard-boiled newsmen and investigative reporters…(sort of). Well, I write stories with words, okay?

So when the Surface team asked me to write a story with a very different interface, I was naturally a bit sceptical. I’m certainly no artist.

But as I started gathering notes and ideas in OneNote, I began to see the benefit of being able to move between text and images in a natural interface to tell my story.

This natural interface extends well beyond doodling notes, to include hardcore computer processing and group collaboration with Surface.
