As a result of this, employers have been able to hold on to staff with childcare responsibilities, valuable employees with health issues, and those needing to care for a relative.<\/p>\n<p>As technology continues to evolve it\u2019s becoming easier for bosses to equip their staff with everything they need to work on their own terms without being tied to their desks.
