Microsoft commissioned global research and advisory firm Forrester to conduct a Total Economic Impact study to examine the benefits organisations may realise after implementing 10. In short, they found that companies deploying Windows 10 enjoyed better security, increased employee productivity and mobility, and improved customer service all while significantly reducing IT costs. To quantify this, Forrester estimates that the average enterprise company would receive a net present value of over $8M in overall benefit over the course of three years.<\/p>\n
