Digital disruption has sped up change across business of all sizes and industries. With pressure to transform, it is difficult to prioritise where to begin. The problem is, transformation isn’t a journey; it’s the new normal. At Microsoft, we understand the challenges and opportunities our customers are facing, and have the right set of intelligent business applications to help organisations engage customers, empower employees, optimise their operations and transform their products.

We recently took at closer look at what Digital Transformation really means to our customers at a half day event in London, which included keynote presentations from Microsoft Worldwide Head of Customer Success, Somit Goyal; a customer presentation from Mark Everest, IS Development Manager at Renault Sport Formula 1 Team; and Forrest Research Analyst Michelle Beeson, who discussed how Microsoft’s next generation of intelligent business applications are helping our customer’s businesses transform. We looked at exclusive insights into Microsoft’s digital transformation strategy and those who attended were one of the first to see the unveiling of Microsoft Dynamics 365, our new platform which unifies CRM and ERP capabilities into purpose-built applications that help manage specific business functions seamlessly.

We also welcomed a host of industry thought leaders including Retail Week, The Manufacturer, UKAuthority, and the British Bankers’ Association, who discussed the digital business transformation trends in their industries and how organisations can make the most from the opportunity to gain an edge on the competition.

Highlights from Microsoft Dynamics 365 First Look event

Take a look at some of the keynote presentations from the event:
