Employee Volunteer Program (EVP) & Giving Campaign

The Employee Volunteer and Giving Programs encourage employees to support NGOs and communities by making financial contributions, volunteering their time, and donating other resources.
Microsoft employees have always been proactive in offering financial aid to local communities in need. In 2000, Microsoft India started its Employee Giving Campaign, the largest corporate giving program in the world. Through this program, employees participate and donate to a charity in October of every year. The funds thus raised are equally matched by Microsoft before being handed over to trusted non-profits.
Employees can also give back to the community by contributing a certain percentage of their pay, supporting a cause.
