Our free summer learning game, Leaps and Logs, offers a variety of fun and engaging resources to keep students thinking, collaborating, and building skills until the first day of school. Use <a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/leaps_and_logs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Leaps and Logs<\/a> as an exciting way to extend summer learning and help kids prepare to head back to the classroom!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The game allows kids aged 8 or older to challenge a friend, neighbor, family member, or themselves. Players can complete fun challenge tasks from a variety of categories including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>English Language Arts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Art and music<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social Studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Science<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Math<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These tasks are designed to reach and engage every learner, from aspiring coders to reluctant comic artists. Download Leaps and Logs to get started with summer learning activities from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/education\">Microsoft Education<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"play-digitally-or-on-paper\">Play digitally or on paper<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The learning activities in Leaps and Logs can be completed by students of most ages (age 8 or older recommended). Full game directions and a game board can be found by downloading&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/leaps_and_logs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Leaps and Logs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Playing digitally involves downloading&nbsp;the game board and task lists&nbsp;then uploading them into&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/microsoft-whiteboard\/digital-whiteboard-app\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft Whiteboard<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Playing on paper involves downloading and printing the game board.
