Jim Calanni, CHP chief information officer, will discuss how the collaboration of local health providers has worked over the past five years to develop a community-based strategy that optimizes delivery of outcomes and care for high-risk populations, such as the homeless, children in foster care, and those who overutilize emergency departments.\u00a0Eccovia\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/eccoviasolutions.com\/products-case-management\/case-management-suite\/\">Case Management Suite<\/a> also runs on Azure Government, providing the trust, security and compliance that case managers require.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Multiple Microsoft partners also will be on hand to showcase a variety of child welfare solutions. They\u2019ll explain how CHSFL collaborated with Microsoft and frontline workers in a series of hackathons to reimagine the child welfare environment, resulting in CaseAIM. This digital transformation is producing many positive outcomes for CHSFL, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decreases in the amount of time children are in care, administrative focus, staff overtime and volunteer turnover<\/li>\n<li>An increase in face-to-face time with children<\/li>\n<li>Millions in cost saving for Florida taxpayers<\/li>\n<li>The ability to help other organizations achieve their digital transformation goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One of the best aspects of ISM is meeting with health and human services professionals from across the nation to discuss their priorities and how Microsoft can help empower them.
