And you can\u00a0pluck it from there and add it to the ribbon.<\/p>\n<p>In an earlier post on customizing the ribbon, I showed you how to create custom tabs and groups. I created a custom tab called Writing and added a Print group to it. Now, I can add the Shrink One Page command to my Printing group.<\/p>\n<p>To start, click\u00a0 the <strong>File<\/strong> tab, click <strong>Options<\/strong>, and click <strong>Customize Ribbon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>Choose commands from list<\/strong>, click <strong>All Commands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px;\" title=\"All Commands\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/migrated-images\/45\/3000.Blog_5-3.jpg\" alt=\"All Commands\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Scroll through that long list until you reach <strong>Shrink One Page<\/strong>, and then click it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px;\" title=\"Shrink One Page command\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/migrated-images\/45\/1643.Shrink-One-Page.jpg\" alt=\"Shrink One Page command\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Under <strong>Customize the ribbon<\/strong>, click the custom group where you want to add the command.
