We\u2019ve also learned from our own <a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/MSFTCopilotRolloutWorkLab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">company-wide rollout to more than 200,000 employees<\/a>\u2014what\u2019s working, where there are challenges, and what early behaviors can teach us about broader impacts to adoption and establishment of new work patterns. One of the biggest takeaways is that AI reinvention is a whole new way of working that involves both software and culture. It\u2019s a cultural shift. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/microsoft-viva\">Microsoft Viva<\/a> empowers leaders and organizations to make that shift. Building on the initial release at Microsoft Ignite, which included readiness and usage data across Microsoft 365 apps, this release offers additional pivots that combine Copilot usage metrics with organizational context and collaboration data, enabling deeper views of adoption and impact. Copilot customers will have the flexibility to filter by attributes like department, teams, or roles, understand differences between groups, and compare those same measures between users and non-users. Viva Insights customers can use analyst workbench capabilities to dive deeper with custom reports, including incorporating data from other relevant sources. <strong>And for a limited time only<\/strong>,<strong> Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers will be eligible to access Viva Insights at no additional cost<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed-handler wp-block-embed-embed-handler wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Video Player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/videoplayer\/embed\/RW1kahq\" class=\"c-video\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" allowfullscreen=\"true\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We are also excited to announce that <strong>starting in 2024 Q3,<\/strong> <strong>the Copilot Dashboard will be available to all Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers at no additional cost<\/strong> and will not require a Viva license. You can access the dashboard in the Viva Insights app in Microsoft Teams or <a href=\"http:\/\/aka.ms\/CopilotDashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">via the web app<\/a>. Select the \u201cCopilot Dashboard\u201d option from the left navigation menu and start exploring results from your organization. Additionally, Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers will be eligible for a promotional offer that will provide access to all of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/microsoft-viva\/insights\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Viva Insights<\/a>, including Copilot Dashboard, as well as access to advanced insights and manager and leader insights. Microsoft Viva helps you develop employee skills, drive awareness, foster champions, and dig deeper into the impact of Copilot across your organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"enable-employees-with-ai-knowledge-and-skills\">Enable employees with AI knowledge and skills&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/worklab\/work-trend-index\/will-ai-fix-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Work Trend Index<\/a> showed that 82% of leaders said their employees will need new skills to be prepared for the growth of AI. I\u2019m excited to announce the general availability of <a href=\"http:\/\/aka.ms\/CopilotAcademyGA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Microsoft Copilot Academy<\/strong><\/a>, where we\u2019ve centralized those learning experiences for your organization to supercharge their Copilot skills. Copilot Academy is available in Viva Learning and <strong>starting in 2024 Q3, it will be available to all Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers at no additional cost<\/strong> and will not require a Viva license.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Copilot Academy includes curated learning paths designed by Microsoft experts to help your employees discover, learn about, and use Copilot experiences effectively.
