Referrals arrived through emails, paper forms, and phone calls, while staff tracked participant progress across disconnected systems. To streamline operations, Everything Suarve used Microsoft data and AI capabilities to build a solution that centralizes enrollment, case management, reporting, and communications. The organization also uses Microsoft 365 Copilot to help with grant writing, document summarization, and other administrative tasks, reducing the time spent on manual work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, Everything Suarve\u2019s staff can manage referrals, case notes, reporting, and participant communications in a single workflow. The new platform saves up to eight hours per participant during enrollment, while Copilot reduces grant application work by as much as two weeks.
