You can download the latest release <a href=\"https:\/\/go.microsoft.com\/fwlink\/?linkid=2102613\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Key features<\/h2>\n<p>New features and updates have been added, as described below.<\/p>\n<h3>UI elements collections are now available in public preview<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/power-automate\/desktop-flows\/ui-elements-collections\">UI elements collections<\/a> have now been introduced in public preview. Instead of being isolated to individual desktop flows, collections of UI elements now empower creators and administrators with centralized oversight and control, as they can be shared among numerous users and integrated into various desktop flows as reusable modules. UI elements collections are only available to schema v2 environments.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11140\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11140\" style=\"width: 455px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"UI elements collections\" class=\"wp-image-11140 size-full\" height=\"722\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/UI-elements-collections.png\" width=\"455\"\/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11140\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">UI elements collections can now be imported and used through the dedicated tab in the flow designer<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Copilot can now generate a description for your flow<\/h3>\n<p>With the help of Copilot, you can now create a flow description with the press of a button in the flow properties, without having to open the flow and read the actions inside it. This feature is available for work or school account users in US-based environments.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11141\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11141\" style=\"width: 424px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Copilot flow description\" class=\"wp-image-11141 size-full\" height=\"634\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Copilot-flow-description.png\" width=\"424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Copilot-flow-description.webp 424w, https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Copilot-flow-description-201x300.webp 201w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 424px) 100vw, 424px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11141\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">In the flow properties, you can now leverage Copilot to automatically create a description for your flow<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>License auto-claiming is now available for \u2018Power Automate for desktop\u2019 users<\/h3>\n<p>Makers can now be assigned a Power Automate Premium license automatically. Microsoft 365 admin center&#8217;s license auto-claim policies enable makers to automatically receive a Power Automate Premium license, in case there is a seat available, and an auto-claim policy is in place. Organizational users without a license will be assigned one upon clicking on the <strong>Go premium<\/strong> button, and users on a trial plan will be assigned a license upon signing into the product.<\/p>\n<h3>New actions for the SAP automation group have been introduced<\/h3>\n<p>Makers are now able to interact with SAP elements in an easy and straightforward manner. New actions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click SAP UI element \u2013 send a click to any SAP element.<\/li>\n<li>Populate SAP text field element \u2013 insert text to any SAP text field.<\/li>\n<li>Get details of SAP UI element \u2013 extract data from an SAP element.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11138\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11138\" style=\"width: 301px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"New SAP actions\" class=\"wp-image-11138 size-full\" height=\"276\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/New-SAP-actions.png\" width=\"301\"\/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11138\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">New SAP actions are now available for desktop flows<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>New actions for Excel have been introduced<\/h3>\n<p>New Excel dedicated actions are now available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sort cells in Excel worksheet \u2013 Makers can create and apply sorting rules in columns in Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Filter cells in Excel worksheet \u2013 Makers can create and apply filters in a specific column in Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Clear filters in Excel worksheet \u2013 Makers can use this action to clear any applied filters in an Excel worksheet.<\/li>\n<li>Get empty cell \u2013 Makers can retrieve empty cells from a range in an Excel worksheet.
