With the launch of the \u2018App Resources List,\u2019 admin will now be able to manage their organization\u2019s app from the PowerApps admin center.<\/p>\n<p>Admins will be able to do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Update the app permissions<\/strong>. Add or change the users with whom an app is shared with.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete an existing app<\/strong>, which is not used by any user.<\/li>\n<li><strong>View the data sources used by an app.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>(Coming soon) Update the owner of the app.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to manage the app<\/h2>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0In the <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.powerapps.com\/\">PowerApps admin center<\/a>, click on <strong>Environments<\/strong> near the left edge and select the environment\u00a0for which\u00a0you want to view the list of apps:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/env-1.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0Select <strong>Resources<\/strong> from the horizontal navigation, select <strong>Apps <\/strong>and then select the app that you want to view or manage<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/env-2.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>3. \u00a0 \u00a0View and manage the app<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/env-3.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>You can perform following kinds of operations:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 48px;\">\u00b7\u00a0Delete the app.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 48px;\">\u00b7\u00a0View connection, flows and other details associated with the app.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 48px;\">\u00b7\u00a0View and modify the users with whom the app is shared with.<\/p>\n<p>Watch out for more updates on this functionality on PowerApps blog and let us know if you have any specific ask over here.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last month, we added a capability for IT admins to get visibility on the apps by downloading the list of apps built in their organization.
