With the new tables page experience, you will be able to create tables with the versatile options we recently introduced to the <a data-id=\"https:\/\/powerapps.microsoft.com\/en-us\/blog\/new-power-apps-home-page-now-generally-available-with-expanded-copilot-access\/\" data-type=\"URL\" href=\"https:\/\/powerapps.microsoft.com\/en-us\/blog\/new-power-apps-home-page-now-generally-available-with-expanded-copilot-access\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">new home page<\/a>, including conversation-based table creation and one-click table upload from your Excel file, both powered by <strong>Copilot<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Updated tables page overview\" class=\"wp-image-25742 webp-format\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-5-1.webp\" srcset=\"\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-5-1.webp\"><\/figure>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create with the option that best suits your need <\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The updated tables page experience provides a variety of options for you to get started with creating your table. You can select one of the options as main tiles on the tables page, which will then load the corresponding create table experience for you to proceed with table creation. <\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1919\" height=\"902\" alt=\"graphical user interface, application\" class=\"wp-image-25750\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Tables-page-tiles-4.gif\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>You can now create new tables through conversation or Excel file upload. By selecting <strong>Describe the new table<\/strong>, you will be able to create new tables prepopulated with sample data through generative AI conversation powered by <strong>Copilot<\/strong>. On the other hand, selecting <strong>Upload an Excel file<\/strong> will allow you to create new table from your uploaded Excel data in just a couple of clicks. You can also <strong>Start with a blank table<\/strong> or <strong>Create a virtual table<\/strong> by selecting the tiles respectively.
