Browse our rich template gallery, navigate through our services list, or select a various template category to drill into.<br \/>\nAlso, if you\u2019re looking for a specific service or template, you can simply search the gallery by keyword, and get in no time a list of results focused to your needs.\u00a0<br \/>\nFinally, after creating your flow, you can come back and edit or rename it directly from within the app, from the flow properties page.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s look at an example. Follow the steps below on your phone to create a flow that sends a push notification when you get a mail from your manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.008px;\">Prerequisites<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/flow.microsoft.com\/en-us\/documentation\/sign-up-sign-in\/\">account for Microsoft Flow<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The mobile app for Microsoft Flow installed on a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/flow.microsoft.com\/en-us\/documentation\/getting-started\/#use-the-mobile-app\">supported device<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>To use the template demonstrated, you&#8217;ll also need:\n<ul>\n<li>Office 365 credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Push notifications enabled on your phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Find a template<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Open the mobile app, and then tap\u00a0<strong>Browse<\/strong>\u00a0at the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n<p>You can find a template by following any of these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specify a keyword in the search box at the top of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Tap an option in the list of services.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to show a variety of categories, or select <strong>See All<\/strong> and tap a template in any of them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/mobile_browse.png\" style=\"font-size: 13.008px;\"\/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\" https:\/\/procsi.blob.core.windows.net\/blog-images\/mobile_categories.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>In this example, you&#8217;ll open the template that sends a push notification when you get mail from your manager.<\/p>\n<p>One quick option is to directly search for a relevant keyword, for example <strong>push notification<\/strong>, and get a result list of all the templates which include push notifications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/mobile_Search.png\" style=\"width: 176px; height: 360px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Another option is by browsing, as presented below:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">\n<li>In the list of services, tap\u00a0<strong>See all<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the icon for\u00a0<strong>Push notifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">\u200b<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/mobile_Services.png\" style=\"font-size: 13.008px;\"\/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/mobile_Push.png\" style=\"font-size: 13.008px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">3. In the search bar, type\u00a0<strong>email<\/strong>, and then tap the template to send a push notification when you receive an email from your manager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/mobile_Push20search.png\" style=\"font-size: 13.008px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">4. In the screen that gives details about the template that you&#8217;ve selected, tap\u00a0<strong>Use this template<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/mobile_Template.png\"\/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Finish the flow<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>If prompted, tap\u00a0<strong>Sign in<\/strong>\u00a0and provide your credentials for Office 365 Outlook, Office 365 Users, or both.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">You can use the same connections when you create other flows.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"2\">In the upper-right corner, tap\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/mobile_Connect.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">The next screen shows the trigger event and all of the resulting actions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">For this template, new mail triggers the flow, which retrieves your information (including your manager&#8217;s address) and sends you a push notification when you get mail from that address.
