From here, either select a request to respond to it, or click on a request to view its details. Similarly,\u00a0track\u00a0approvals requested by you under the \u2018Sent\u2019 tab.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1346 size-full\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/powerautomateblogmedia.azureedge.net\/powerautomateblog\/2019\/08\/Approvals-Recieved-List.jpg\" width=\"1270\"\/><\/p>\n<p>View outcomes of approvals you\u2019ve sent or received by navigating to the \u2018History\u2019 tab and toggling between the <em>Received<\/em> and <em>Sent <\/em>views<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1356\" height=\"721\" src=\"https:\/\/powerautomateblogmedia.azureedge.net\/powerautomateblog\/2019\/08\/Approvals-History-List.jpg\" width=\"1271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Approvals-History-List.jpg 1271w, https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Approvals-History-List-300x170.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Approvals-History-List-1024x581.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Approvals-History-List-768x436.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1271px) 100vw, 1271px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve also improved the organization of information when viewing an approval. In this new experience, key information about the approval (such as its title, the requester, when it was sent\/received\/completed, link to content, outcome, etc.) is consolidated in an Overview card. Additional information that may be provided with the approval is displayed in a Details card. For approvals that have been responded to, responses along with comments are displayed in an Activity card<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1552\" height=\"718\" src=\"https:\/\/powerautomateblogmedia.azureedge.net\/powerautomateblog\/2019\/08\/Approval-Panes.jpg\" width=\"1277\"\/><\/p>\n<h4>Business process flows<\/h4>\n<p>With the Action Center, you can now view a list of all business processes flow runs you&#8217;re involved in!<\/p>\n<p>You will see a business process in the Action Center if you are assigned at least one CDS entity record that the process uses.\u00a0For example, if a business process uses the Lead and Opportunity entities in CDS,\u00a0 you will see all instances of this process where either the Lead or the Opportunity record is assigned to you<\/p>\n<p>All instances that are currently being worked on are listed under the \u2018Active\u2019 tab. From here, view the name of the process, the stage they\u2019re in, the owner of the CDS record associated with the active stage, and time since the instance was created.<\/p>\n<p>Click on an instance to open it in a new tab, or select it to copy a link, share a link via email, abandon or delete the instance.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1359\" height=\"704\" src=\"https:\/\/powerautomateblogmedia.azureedge.net\/powerautomateblog\/2019\/08\/BPF-Active-List.jpg\" width=\"1280\"\/><\/p>\n<p>All instances that have either been finished or abandoned are listed under the \u2018Inactive\u2019 tab. From here, view the name of the process, the stage it was last in, whether it was abandoned or finished, and when it was last updated.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1360\" height=\"1054\" src=\"https:\/\/powerautomateblogmedia.azureedge.net\/powerautomateblog\/2019\/08\/BPF-Inactive-List.jpg\" width=\"1920\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>Tips<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Looking for a particular approval or business process instance? Use the search bar in the top right of the Action Center in any of these views to find an approval or business process by its title<\/li>\n<li>Each business process instance is listed by the name of the first entity record (primary entity) that\u2019s associated with it. Following our previous example, each instance of the Lead to Opportunity Sales Process would be listed by the name of the Lead.
