Today there are two actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Convert Word Document to PDF<\/strong>: Gets a PDF version of the selected file.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Populate a Microsoft Word template<\/strong>: Reads a Microsoft Word template to then fill the template fields with selected dynamic values to generate a Word document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can build Word templates on either Windows or your Mac by <a data-linktype=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/article\/show-the-developer-tab-e1192344-5e56-4d45-931b-e5fd9bea2d45\">enabling the <strong>Developer<\/strong> tab<\/a>. Once you have enabled that tab, under the <strong>Controls<\/strong> section you can add <a data-linktype=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/article\/create-forms-that-users-complete-or-print-in-word-040c5cc1-e309-445b-94ac-542f732c8c8b\">any number of text content controls<\/a> into your document. Use the control <strong>Properties<\/strong> to give the control a friendly name that you will use in the flow. Once you are done creating your Word document, save it to one of the above document library locations.<\/p>\n<p>Now, you can start building the flow. Add the <strong>Populate a Microsoft Word template<\/strong> action to your flow, and when you select that file you should see a list of all the controls that you added. Populate these fields with the values (probably from <em>Dynamic content<\/em>) you\u2019ll want to be in the new Word document.
