I work on Project HSD to develop novel approaches to increase the capacity of holographic storage for the Cloud. My background is as an optical physicist working mainly at the life sciences interface: my PhD was concerned with developing hardware, software and cell-based assays for high-content fluorescence lifetime imaging, and since then I’ve worked to develop a novel DNA sequencing platform and to investigate blood flow in zebrafish embryos.
