I am a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Research, where I oversee collaborations with various research teams. My research interests encompass Natural Language Understanding, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and the development of computational models for analyzing health-related data. At present, I am actively involved with the ORCA team. Our focus is on developing compact language models that redefine the capabilities of smaller-scale models. This includes enhancing their efficiency and equipping them with diverse abilities, such as advanced reasoning. Our goal is to push the boundaries of what smaller language models can achieve, ensuring they perform complex tasks effectively and efficiently.
