I am a research scientist in the Immunomics Group at Microsoft Research. I am currently helping to build the antigen map which is a bold collaboration between Adaptive Biotechnologies and Microsoft. My aim is to learn how to read the human immune system using next generation genetic sequencing of human T-cells combined with sophisticated computational models. Before joining Microsoft, I was a Landon and Lavinia Clay Fellow at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics where I studied galaxy evolution and cosmology.
