Megan’s history is building and growing diverse teams of adventurous entrepreneurs. Her passion drives her portfolio of work to create innovative products and services that empower human potential.

Her current charter is leading the incubation and delivery of future health services outside of traditional facilities. The team’s mission is laser-focused from the health consumer’s point of view, understanding their needs, their changing role in the overall care journey, and what the possibilities of technology can do to serve them.

Megan has worked across various innovative and future-focused projects, primarily building from scratch to shipment. Her most notable projects include Skype on Hololens (opens in new tab), 3D for Everyone (opens in new tab), and Cortana (opens in new tab). Her career beginnings working in the field strongly influence her inspiration for her work portfolio; working directly with customers, she realized the significant difference technology could make for people and businesses worldwide.

As a 20+year veteran of Microsoft, Megan has held leadership roles in marketing, sales, and engineering. She also served as Chief of Staff to the President of Microsoft North America.

With a love for the intersection of art and science, Megan aspires to create possibilities and turn them into reality.
