I am currently with Microsoft Health Futures, mainly working on biomedical foundation model research. Our goal is to advance AI technologies for precision health. Our approach leverages a combination of large-scale real-world patient data and biomedical information available online such as PubMed scientific articles and knowledgebase.
Recent highlights of my work include:
- Large language models for the biomedical field, including Medprompt GPT-4, PubMedBERT, CXR-BERT, and OncoBERT.
- Multimodal foundation models for radiology and histopathology images, including GigaPath, LLaVA-Med, BioViL, and BiomedCLIP.
