I’m a principal researcher in the Machine Learning Foundations group.

Before joining MSR, I studied high-dimensional probability and phenomena in high dimensions, mathematical fields that concern the behavior of systems where the number of degrees of freedom is very large. My main goal in MSR is to use this knowledge to uncover the principles behind the success of deep learning.
