I am a Senior Applied Researcher at Microsoft Research, Health Futures. My research focuses on multimodal machine learning, computer vision and natural language processing in the healthcare domain. I am currently part of Project MAIRA, an effort to build multimodal foundation models to assist radiologists. I have a strong interest in distributed and optimized training of large language models.

Prior to joining Microsoft Research, I graduated with a Masters in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. I was also an intern at Microsoft Research India during my bachelors.
