The Asia Faculty Summit 2014 is organized by Microsoft Research Asia and conducted in partnership with Tsinghua University. The event will be held in Beijing, China, from October 30 to 31, 2014. The summit brings together hundreds of leading academic researchers, educators, and Microsoft researchers to discuss topics related to the theme \u201cComputing in Science.\u201d Cross-disciplinary collaborations in research and education will be addressed and explored, as well as how academia and computer science students can be better equipped to work with other disciplines in data-intensive sciences.<\/p>\n
