Our research is featured at top-tier conferences such as OSDI, SOSP, EuroSys, ATC, CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, etc. Our current research interests are centered on system-algorithm co-innovations in areas such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficient inference systems for large language models and vision models, particularly for the long-context scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Deep learning compiling frameworks and efficient kernel generation for a variety of computing devices.<\/li>\n<li>Systems and algorithms for AI Agents, encompassing both efficient serving and scheduling systems, and effective learning algorithms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Engage in top-tier research and development of algorithms and systems to push the boundaries of AI.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and pinpoint the primary challenges of current AI systems, and propose viable solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute solutions to address real-world issues and enhance performance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent programming skills or relevant project experience.<\/li>\n<li>Quick learning ability.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using English as a working language.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Written consent from your academic advisor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Internship Duration Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Must obtain permission from your academic advisor and commit to at least three months of internship.<\/p>\n<p>Please be sure to download and complete the application form (Application form link: <a class=\"msr-external-link glyph-append glyph-append-open-in-new-tab glyph-append-xsmall\" href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/InternApplication\">https:\/\/aka.ms\/InternApplication<\/a> ) and send it along with a complete English and Chinese resume (in PDF\/Word format) to: <a href=\"mailto:MSRAih@microsoft.com\">MSRAih@microsoft.com<\/a> & <a href=\"mailto:yuqyang@microsoft.com\">yuqyang@microsoft.com<\/a> . SOSP, EuroSys, ATC, CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS\u7b49\u56fd\u9645\u9876\u7ea7\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5f53\u524d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5174\u8da3\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u9886\u57df\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf-\u7b97\u6cd5\u5171\u521b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u9488\u5bf9\u5927\u578b\u8bed\u8a00\u548c\u89c6\u89c9\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u9ad8\u6548\u63a8\u7406\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u957f\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\u573a\u666f\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6df1\u5ea6\u5b66\u4e60\u7f16\u8bd1\u6846\u67b6\u548c\u4e3a\u5404\u79cd\u8ba1\u7b97\u8bbe\u5907\u751f\u6210\u9ad8\u6548\u5185\u6838\u3002<\/li>\n<li>AI Agents\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u548c\u7b97\u6cd5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u8c03\u5ea6\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u7b97\u6cd5\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u5de5\u4f5c\u804c\u8d23\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u53c2\u4e0e\u9876\u7ea7\u7684\u7b97\u6cd5\u548c\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a8\u52a8\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u786e\u5b9a\u5f53\u524dAI\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u51fa\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u6267\u884c\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u5b9e\u9645\u95ee\u9898\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u4efb\u804c\u8981\u6c42\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u79d1\u5b66\u3001\u8f6f\u4ef6\u5de5\u7a0b\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u5de5\u7a0b\u6216\u5176\u5b83\u76f8\u5173\u4e13\u4e1a\uff08\u672c\u79d1\/\u7855\u58eb\/\u535a\u58eb\uff09<\/li>\n<li>\u624e\u5b9e\u7684\u6570\u636e\u7ed3\u6784\/\u7b97\u6cd5\u57fa\u7840<\/li>\n<li>\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u79c0\u7684\u7f16\u7a0b\u80fd\u529b\u6216\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u7ecf\u9a8c<\/li>\n<li>\u5feb\u901f\u5b66\u4e60\u80fd\u529b<\/li>\n<li>\u53ef\u4ee5\u719f\u7ec3\u4f7f\u7528\u82f1\u6587\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bed\u8a00<\/li>\n<li>\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6c9f\u901a\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u56e2\u961f\u534f\u4f5c\u7cbe\u795e<\/li>\n<li>\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u5bfc\u5e08\u7684\u4e66\u9762\u540c\u610f<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u95f4\u8981\u6c42\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u5bfc\u5e08\u8bb8\u53ef\u5e76\u4fdd\u8bc1\u81f3\u5c11\u4e09\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u5b9e\u4e60\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8bf7\u52a1\u5fc5\u4e0b\u8f7d\u5e76\u586b\u5199\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\uff08\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u94fe\u63a5\uff1a<a
