The system, using\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/\/surface\">Microsoft Surface<\/a> as its hub, shows how families can upload photos and videos quickly and easily, and scan in physical objects, such as children\u2019s artwork or a child\u2019s first pair of shoes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"en-usprojectsmemory_making_systemdefault\" class=\"page-content\">The system enables families to view these media in many flexible ways and to create new, compelling kinds of digital objects, such as multimedia scrapbooks and even a digital pi\u00f1ata.
