The process is essential for cellular differentiation, morphogenesis, and normal functioning of tissues. Despite increasing experimental data indicating gene regulation activities, we are still unaware of the fundamental rules driving temporal-spatial gene regulation programs, partially due to the missing of appropriate tools.
