One of our newest additions to this program is the Swiss Joint Research Center, a collaborative venture among Eidgen\u00f6ssische Technische Hochschule (ETH) Z\u00fcrich , \u00c9cole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL), and Microsoft Research. The Swiss Joint Research Center, which builds on earlier collaboration among the three partners, is dedicated to exploring a diversity of computer sciences challenges, including human-computer interaction, machine vision, performance and energy scalability, mobile computing, and data-center optimization.  <\/p>\n<p>This video highlights two of the center\u2019s initial projects: one designed to make data centers more energy efficient, and the other focused on enhancing human-computer interactions through the development of flying robots.
