and Windows Server Longhorn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve recently seen some articles that have been speculating that we will be including &#8220;Monad&#8221; in the upcoming release to Windows Server Longhorn, and that we have removed it from the Windows Vista beta 1.\u00a0 I just wanted to take a minute and comment on some of this speculation.\u00a0 First of all, the &#8220;Monad&#8221; technology is not part of the Windows Vista platform in Beta 1 and is not currently planned for the final version either.\u00a0 As for Longhorn Server, Monad is not planned to be in that release at this time.\u00a0 &#8220;Monad&#8221;
