U Microsoftu smatramo da je hibridni rad budu\u0107nost. U budu\u0107nosti \u0107e svim tvrtkama biti potreban trebati novi model poslovanja za hibridni rad koji se ne oslanja na stare norme, kao \u0161to je 8-satni radni dan od 9 do 17.\u00a0O\u010dekivanja zaposlenika zauvijek su se promijenila i vi\u0161e od 80 % rukovoditelja izjavilo je da o\u010dekuju fleksibilnije pravilnike o radu od ku\u0107e nakon pandemije, a vi\u0161e od 70 % zaposlenika da namjeravaju iskoristiti te pravilnike. Da bi bili konkurentni na ovom novom tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada, rukovoditelji moraju prigrliti iznimnu fleksibilnost u pogledu vremena, mjesta i na\u010dina rada zaposlenika.<\/p>

Svi klijenti s kojima sam razgovarao \u017eele zaposlenicima omogu\u0107iti dinami\u010dan, fluidan i na oblaku utemeljen rad. \u017dele zaposlenicima omogu\u0107iti rad ne samo s bilo kojeg mjesta, ve\u0107i i u bilo koje vrijeme uz pomo\u0107 rje\u0161enja koja omogu\u0107uju sinkronu i asinkronu suradnju. Za to su potrebne promjene na razini cijele tvrtke ili ustanove. Od IT-ja i odjela za ljudske resurse do marketin\u0161kog i proizvodnog odjela \u2013 za to se rukovoditelji iz cijele tvrtke ili ustanove moraju okupiti i zajedni\u010dki redefinirati rad.\u00a0<\/p>

Upoznaju\u0107i se novim na\u010dinom rada eksperimentiramo i razmjenjujemo saznanja kako se rad razvija. Danas \u017eelim podijeliti na\u0161 pristup omogu\u0107ivanju fleksibilnog rada zaposlenicima diljem svijeta.\u00a0To je trodijelna strategija: Najprije stvorite pravilnik koji zaposlenicima omogu\u0107uje iznimnu fleksibilnost. Zatim redefinirajte fizi\u010dke prostore.\u00a0I na kraju ulo\u017eite sredstva u tehnologije koje povezuju zaposlenike bilo gdje i bilo kad.<\/p>

Stvaranje pravilnika radi omogu\u0107ivanja iznimne fleksibilnosti zaposlenicima<\/h2>

Odluke koje donesete danas godinama \u0107e utjecati na va\u0161u tvrtku ili ustanovu. Za to je potrebna jasna vizija. Potrebni su vam plan i pravilnici koji vam omogu\u0107uju ostvarivanje iznimne fleksibilnosti. Te \u0107e odluke utjecati na sve od na\u010dina oblikovanja kulture i na\u010dina privla\u010denja i zadr\u017eavanja talenata do na\u010dina reagiranja na promjene u okru\u017eenju i budu\u0107ih inovacija.<\/p>

Mnoge tvrtke i ustanove ve\u0107 napravile prvi korak zauzimanjem \u010dvrstih stavova o fleksibilnom radu. Twitter je izjavio<\/a> da njegovi zaposlenici mogu \"zauvijek\" raditi na daljinu. Dropbox je objavio<\/a> da \u0107e u osnovi ukloniti uredski prostor za fokusirani rad i transformirati fizi\u010dke lokacije tako da budu prikladne za sastanke i suradnju.\u00a0Spotify se nada<\/a> da \u0107e privu\u0107i talente pla\u0107ama na razini New Yorka i San Francisca za zaposlenike koji rade na daljinu bilo gdje na svijetu. U Microsoftu zaposlenici sada mogu raditi od ku\u0107e najvi\u0161e 50 % vremena<\/a>\n.\u00a0<\/p>

Da bi se zaposlenicima omogu\u0107ila iznimna fleksibilnost, najprije je potrebno odgovoriti na klju\u010dna pitanja: Tko \u0107e mo\u0107i raditi na daljinu? Tko \u0107e morati dolaziti u ured i koliko dugo \u0107e morati ostati u njemu?\u00a0Gdje \u0107e zaposlenici fokusirano raditi kada to bude potrebno? \u0160to je sa suradnjom?\u00a0U svijetu u kojem su neprestani problemi dio nove normale \u2013 s prirodnim katastrofama, geopoliti\u010dkim doga\u0111ajima i globalnom zdravstvenom krizom \u2013 potrebno je pripremiti se za reakciju na neo\u010dekivane promjene.\u00a0Novi fleksibilni pravilnici kodificiraju odgovore na ta pitanja te zaposlenicima daju jasno\u0107u i smjernice dok eksperimentiraju.\u00a0<\/p>

Redefiniranje fizi\u010dkih prostora<\/h2>

Kada odredite pravilnike za iznimnu fleksibilnost, koristite ih kao smjernice za svoj pristup fizi\u010dkom prostoru. Vi\u0161e se ne\u0107emo morati oslanjati isklju\u010divo na fizi\u010dke prostore za suradnju, povezivanje i stvaranje dru\u0161tvenog kapitala. No prostor \u0107e i dalje biti va\u017ean. Mi smo dru\u0161tvena bi\u0107a i \u017eelimo se sastajati, razmjenjivati ideje i do\u017eivjeti energiju doga\u0111aja u\u017eivo. Uredski \u0107e prostor u budu\u0107nosti morati povezati fizi\u010dki svijet i digitalni svijet te zadovoljiti jedinstvene potrebe svakog tima i odre\u0111enih uloga.<\/p>

Svrhovit dizajn<\/h3>

U Microsoftu anketiramo zaposlenike i gledamo na sve od dru\u0161tvenih grafova do obrazaca prometa zaposlenika da bismo utvrdili kako timovima dati prostore koji su im potrebni znaju\u0107i da \u0107e se te potrebe s vremenom razvijati. Prodajni timovi koji moraju rijetko dolaziti u ured mogu koristiti hotelski model za rezerviranje radnih stanica na jedan dan ili sat, dok \u0107e in\u017eenjerskim timovima mo\u017eda biti potrebni posebni prostori za suradnju i radne stanice. Da bismo udovoljili radnicima na daljinu, istra\u017eujemo vanjske centre za suradnju. Budu\u0107i da znamo da \u0107e se na\u0161 na\u010din rada nastaviti razvijati, u svaki prostor koji dizajniramo ugra\u0111ujemo fleksibilnost.<\/p>

Povezivanje fizi\u010dkog okru\u017eenja s digitalnim<\/h3>

Od klju\u010dne je va\u017enosti i da razmislite o povezivanju osobnog i daljinskog okru\u017eenja.\u00a0Zajedni\u010dki rad kada su svi u uredu prili\u010dno je jednostavan.\u00a0U proteklih 12 mjeseci otkrili smo kako raditi kada svi rade od ku\u0107e.\u00a0Izazov \u0107e predstavljati zahtjevno kombinirano okru\u017eenje, kada su neki zaposlenici fizi\u010dki zajedno, a drugi se pridru\u017euju virtualno.\u00a0<\/p>

Dana\u0161nja vrhunska zna\u010dajka Microsoft Teams Rooms obuhva\u0107a kvalitetan zvuk i videoprikaz da bi se svi dobro vidjeli i \u010duli. Digitalne zaslonske plo\u010de, kojima je mogu\u0107e pristupiti u sobi za sastanke i kod ku\u0107e, poti\u010du suradnju i zajedni\u010dko stvaranje. Ulo\u017eite sredstva u tehnologiju koja povezuje zaposlenike bilo gdje i bilo kad<\/h2>

Osim fizi\u010dkih prostora, va\u0161 plan za iznimnu fleksibilnost trebao bi uklju\u010divati tehnologiju koja omogu\u0107uje timski rad i stvara novo digitalno okru\u017eenje za zaposlenike koje ih prati kamo god po\u0161li.<\/p>

Kada je pandemija prisilila ljude diljem svijeta da prije\u0111u na rad na daljinu, videkonferencije su postale glavni alat za povezivanje i nastavak rada. Tijekom prvih nekoliko mjeseci zaposlenici su sudjelovali u 55 % vi\u0161e digitalnih sastanaka u odnosu na razdoblje prije pandemije bolesti COVID-19 i svi smo zbog toga bili pod stresom i preoptere\u0107eni. Videokonferencije \u0107e uvijek biti va\u017ene, ali one s samo jedan od alata i ne pru\u017eaju infrastrukturu za komunikaciju i suradnju potrebnu za hibridni rad. Microsoft Teams jedino je rje\u0161enje koje objedinjuje sastanke, \u010davrljanje, pozive i suradnju na jednom mjestu integrirane s aplikacijama sustava Office i alatima za automatizaciju poslovnih procesa.\u00a0Osim toga, Microsoft Teams omogu\u0107uje suradnju izme\u0111u stru\u010dnjaka i zaposlenika za komunikaciju s klijentima te prirodno stapa sinkroni i asinkroni rad.\u00a0To je jedina aplikacija koja omogu\u0107uje sve i nudi organizacijski sloj koji podr\u017eava tijek rada na svim razinama tvrtke.\u00a0<\/p>

U aplikaciji Teams protekle smo godine predstavili vi\u0161e od 100 novih zna\u010dajki, koje su sve stvorene imaju\u0107i na umu iznimnu fleksibilnost, a planiramo jo\u0161 mnogo drugih zna\u010dajki. No moramo se jo\u0161 vi\u0161e potruditi da bismo omogu\u0107ili podr\u0161ku za nove obrasce distribuiranog rada. Microsoft Viva<\/a> prva je integrirana platforma za zaposlenike osmi\u0161ljena za hibridni rad. Teams i Viva zajedno predstavljaju tehnolo\u0161ku platformu koja \u0107e povezati va\u0161e zaposlenike i pomo\u0107i im da se sna\u0111u u novom okru\u017eenju.<\/p>
