The discipline of deployment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The transition to a modern, hybrid workplace has introduced new challenges into the product adoption process.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe first challenge in a remote or hybrid environment is awareness because it’s really difficult to get users\u2019 attention,\u201d says Amy Ceurvorst, senior business program manager and adoption specialist with Microsoft Digital. \u201cNow you’re competing against messages, chats, and emails to grab your employees\u2019 attention, so we’ve had to try a bunch of different strategies to help users engage with a new product.”<\/p>\n
