At Microsoft, we\u2019ve learned a thing or two in the two years since we launched Microsoft Viva, the first employee experience platform built for the hybrid era. Adopting Microsoft Viva was, and continues to be, an enormous effort that requires the thoughtful coordination of multiple teams across Microsoft to be successful.<\/p>\n
