Simple questions, complex answers<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Microsoft\u2019s WorkLab blog<\/a> describes hybrid work as \u2026\u201da blended model where some employees return to the workplace and others continue to work from home.\u201d The Microsoft 2022 Work Trend Index<\/a> identified five key trends driving hybrid work. While all are relevant, two stood out to us:<\/p>\n
