The Product Terms contains all the terms and conditions for software and online services through Microsoft Commercial Licensing programs. The Product Terms is updated as needed (generally once per month) and is a successor to the Product Terms and Online Services Terms Word documents. Archived versions of the Product Terms and Online Services Terms documents published February 1, 2021 and prior are available below.
