This application ensures essential functions are always readily accessible, including:
- dialling calls manually
- answering and rejecting calls and other activities
- starting and ending pauses
- call pick-up indication
- logging in and out of queues and devices
The NFON Contact Center Hub application is included at no additional cost with your NFON license.
