How to Use:
1. A source language document, for example, named source.docx/source.pptx, to be translated into a target language document.
2. In your browser, open Google online translation website at translate.google.com, select Documents translation to translate the source document into a target language document.
3. After Google finishes its translation, download the translated document to your local PC.
4. In the Download folder of your PC’s File Explorer, you will see the translated document downloaded.
5. You can change its name into, for example, target.docx/target.pptx, or you can do nothing to it, as long as you known where it is. However, you must not change its contents whenever possible.
6. On this product, select the source.docx/source.pptx as source file, the target.docx/target.pptx as target file, then click Merge. The two documents will be merged into one.
After the human proofreading process is completed, select Extract on this product to extract the target language as a separate document.
This product only supports Microsoft Office 2019 or a higher version, that means you must install Microsoft Office 2019 or a higher version on your PC
