href=\"https:\/\/go.microsoft.com\/fwlink\/?linkid=2186533\">\u5de5\u4f5c\u8da8\u52e2\u6307\u6578\u7279\u5225\u5831\u544a<\/a>\uff0c58% \u7684\u524d\u7dda\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u8a8d\u70ba\u660e\u5e74\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u58d3\u529b\u4e0d\u662f\u6301\u5e73\u5c31\u662f\u52a0\u5287\u3002<\/p><p>\u4f46\u672a\u4f86\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u6c38\u9060\u6101\u96f2\u6158\u9727\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u662f\u5efa\u7acb\u65b0\u7b56\u7565\u548c\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u6642\u6a5f\uff0c\u4e14\u9019\u4efd\u9700\u6c42\u66f4\u751a\u4ee5\u5f80\u3002\u85c9\u7531\u512a\u5148\u6539\u5584\u524d\u7dda\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u8eab\u5fc3\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u4e26\u76e1\u53ef\u80fd\u63d0\u5347\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u751f\u7522\u529b\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u5354\u52a9\u524d\u7dda\u53d6\u5f97\u9577\u9060\u7684\u6210\u529f\u3002\u6210\u529f\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u8a8d\u77e5\u5230\uff0c\u640d\u76ca\u5e95\u7dda\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u5c31\u662f\u63d0\u5347\u524d\u7dda\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u80fd\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u52a0\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u696d\u52d9\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e26\u53d6\u5f97\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u6210\u679c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5de5\u4f5c\u8da8\u52e2\u6307\u6578\u7279\u5225\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u4ee5\u8457\u91cd\u5728\u4e09\u500b\u9818\u57df\uff1a<\/p><ol><li>\u70ba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u6e1b\u5c11\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6469\u64e6\u7684\u6280\u8853\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6392\u5b9a\u8a13\u7df4\u7684\u512a\u5148\u9806\u5e8f\u4e26\u5c07\u5176\u73fe\u4ee3\u5316\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8003\u91cf\u524d\u7dda\u4eba\u54e1\u4f86\u6253\u9020\u516c\u53f8\u6587\u5316\u3002<\/li><\/ol><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/microsoft-teams\/workforce-management-wfm\">\u7b49\u4e8b\u9805<\/a>\u7684\u6548\u7387\u3002\u9577\u671f\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u9019\u90fd\u662f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u8981\u5354\u52a9 \u9019\u985e<\/a>\u7684\u5ba2\u6236\u5efa\u7acb\u7c21\u6613\u7684\u6574\u5408\u5f0f\u54e1\u5de5\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5728\u63a8\u51fa\u5de5\u4f5c\u8da8\u52e2\u6307\u6578\u7279\u5225\u5831\u544a\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u63a8\u51fa\u65b0\u7684\u79d1\u6280\u5275\u65b0\u4e26\u5f37\u5316\u5408\u4f5c\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u524d\u7dda\u4eba\u54e1\u964d\u4f4e\u58d3\u529b\u3001\u73fe\u4ee3\u5316\u8a13\u7df4\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e26\u91cd\u5efa\u516c\u53f8\u6587\u5316\u3002<\/p><figure id=\"1-equip-workers-with-technology-to-reduce-stress-and-system-friction\">1.\u70ba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u6e1b\u5c11\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6469\u64e6\u7684\u6280\u8853<\/h2><p>\u65b0\u8cc7\u6599\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u6280\u8853\u80fd\u5426\u6539\u5584\u524d\u7dda\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u4eba\u5011\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u8f49\u5411\u6a02\u89c0\uff1a\u6709 63% \u7684\u524d\u7dda\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u671f\u5f85\u7531\u6280\u8853\u5275\u9020\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u5de5\u4f5c\u76f8\u95dc\u58d3\u529b\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c07\u6280\u8853\u6392\u5728\u7b2c\u4e09\u4f4d\uff0c\u50c5\u6b21\u65bc\u85aa\u6c34\u548c\u5047\u671f\u3002\u5728 Microsoft \u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u751f\u7522\u529b\u8cc7\u6599\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u770b\u5230\u75ab\u60c5\u5982\u4f55\u52a0\u901f\u9019\u9805\u6539\u8b8a\u30022020 \u5e74 3 \u6708\u5230 2021 \u5e74 11 \u6708\uff0c\u5728\u75ab\u60c5\u63a8\u52d5\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c<strong>\u524d\u7dda\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u5c0d\u65bc Microsoft Teams \u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\u4e86 400%<\/strong>\u3002<\/p><p>\u7531\u65bc\u524d\u7dda\u6301\u7e8c\u9762\u81e8\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u5f9e\u4eba\u529b\u77ed\u7f3a\uff0c\u5230\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u4e2d\u65b7\uff0c\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u6280\u8853\u7bc0\u7701\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u8b93\u6e9d\u901a\u66f4\u9806\u66a2\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u9032\u884c\u91cd\u8907\u6027\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\uff0c\u5927\u5e45\u63d0\u5347\u5de5\u4f5c\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p><p>\u9664\u4e86<a href=\"https:\/\/insights.samsung.com\/2022\/01\/11\/how-to-improve-peer-to-peer-collaboration-among-associates-in-retail\/\">\u8207 Samsung \u5408\u4f5c<\/a>\u7684\u8010\u7528\u88dd\u7f6e\u7d44\u5408\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u52a0\u6df1\u4e86\u8207\u7b56\u7565\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zebra.com\/us\/en\/blog\/posts\/2022\/using-microsoft-teams-walkie-talkie-app-on-zebra-android-devices.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zebra Technologies<\/a> \u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002<strong>\u6211\u5011\u5ba3\u5e03<\/strong><strong>\u5728\u5404\u7a2e Zebra \u884c\u52d5\u88dd\u7f6e\u4e0a\u6b63\u5f0f\u767c\u884c Teams \u7684\u300c\u7121\u7dda\u5c0d\u8b1b\u6a5f\u300d\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f<\/strong>\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u88dd\u7f6e\u985e\u578b\u5305\u62ec\u53ef\u96a8\u8eab\u651c\u5e36\u7684\u8010\u7528 TC \u7cfb\u5217\u3001\u53ef\u5728\u9762\u5c0d\u5ba2\u6236\u6642\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6642\u5c1a EC \u7cfb\u5217\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6700\u7d42\u6383\u63cf\u88dd\u7f6e MC \u7cfb\u5217\u3002\u9019\u6b21\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u7d50\u5408\u4e86 Teams \u7684\u6578\u4f4d\u300c\u7121\u7dda\u5c0d\u8b1b\u6a5f\u300d\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca Zebra \u88dd\u7f6e\u5c08\u5c6c\u7684\u300c\u6309\u4e0b\u5c31\u80fd\u767c\u8a00\u300d(PTT) \u6309\u9215\uff0c\u8b93\u524d\u7dda\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u96a8\u6642\u4eab\u6709\u6e05\u6670\u3001\u5373\u6642\u4e14\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u901a\u8a0a\u3002<strong>\u300c\u7121\u7dda\u5c0d\u8b1b\u6a5f\u300d\u73fe\u5728\u4e5f\u5728\u6240\u6709 iOS \u884c\u52d5\u88dd\u7f6e\u4e0a\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u50cf\u662f iPhone \u548c iPad\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca Android \u884c\u52d5\u88dd\u7f6e<\/strong>\u3002<\/p><p><em>\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u671f\u5f85\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u9019\u6b21\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u8b93\u524d\u7dda\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u88dd\u7f6e\uff0c\u5728\u5404\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u9806\u66a2\u5730\u6e9d\u901a\u3001\u5171\u540c\u4f5c\u696d\u4e26\u4fdd\u6301\u751f\u7522\u529b\u300d<\/em>\u2014Zebra \u7248\u300c\u7121\u7dda\u5c0d\u8b1b\u6a5f\u300d\u73fe\u5728\u5df2\u6b63\u5f0f\u63a8\u51fa\u3002<\/p><p>\u96a8\u8457\u591a\u6578\u7522\u696d\u7684\u4eba\u529b\u6301\u7e8c\u77ed\u7f3a\uff0c\u6392\u73ed\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u65e5\u6f38\u52a0\u91cd\uff0c\u5c0f\u7d44\u73fe\u5728\u8981\u4ee5\u66f4\u5c11\u7684\u4eba\u529b\u7167\u5e38\u8f2a\u73ed\u3002\u6211\u5011\u8abf\u67e5\u4e86\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u6280\u8853\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u53ef\u4ee5\u5354\u52a9\u6e1b\u5c11\u5de5\u4f5c\u5834\u6240\u7684\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u300c\u5c0f\u7d44\u6392\u7a0b\u300d\u9078\u9805\u812b\u7a4e\u800c\u51fa (37%)\u3002<\/p><p>\u70ba\u4e86\u8b93\u54e1\u5de5\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6392\u7a0b\u548c\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0a\u7e7c\u7e8c\u4fdd\u6709\u5f48\u6027\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u6211\u5011\u5ba3\u5e03\u6b63\u5f0f\u767c\u884c<a href=\"https:\/\/connect.zebra.com\/microsoft-connectors\"><strong>\u9069\u7528\u65bc Teams \u7684 Reflexis Shifts \u9023\u63a5\u5668<\/strong><\/a><strong>\uff0c\u9019\u8207 Reflexis Workforce Scheduler (RWS) \u6574\u5408<\/strong>\uff0c\u53ef\u5efa\u7acb\u9806\u66a2\u7684\u5373\u6642\u540c\u6b65\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u6aa2\u8996\u3001\u6307\u6d3e\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u6392\u73ed\u8981\u6c42\u3002RWS \u8eab\u70ba\u54e1\u5de5\u7ba1\u7406\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u76ee\u6a19\u5f0f\u4e14\u5bcc\u6709\u5f48\u6027\u7684\u6392\u7a0b\u7ba1\u7406\u3002RWS \u8207 Teams \u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u63d0\u5347\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u7684\u81ea\u4e3b\u6027\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u4f73\u5316\u7684\u6392\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e26\u7d66\u4e88\u7d44\u7e54\u65b0\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u8b93\u524d\u7dda\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u4ee5\u4e00\u81f4\u4e14\u5f48\u6027\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5b58\u53d6\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u6642\u9593\u8868\u3002\u00a0<\/p><figure
