The application systematizes the universal process of identifying and choosing Solutions to meet a personal or organizational Need.
The process culminates in the analysis and hierarchical indication of the alternative solutions indicated by the user, after considering the Need and the Requirements that comprise it, comparing it with the Solutions and their capacity to Satisfy the Requirements, as well as the Costs involved, when applicable.
