Joel Clarke

Joel Clarke is a senior software engineer in the Applied Sciences Group (ASG) at Microsoft.

He grew up playing DOS games, which inspired him to study computer science and then begin his career in the games industry.  Since then, he has worked for a variety of software companies on projects ranging from marine radar to photonic simulation.

Outside of work, Joel enjoys playing guitar, hiking, and travelling.
