Building on a years-long relationship with Microsoft, SPAR ICS recently used Cloud for Retail to create and release the scalable, manageable, and highly secure SPAR app to enhance the SPAR shopping experience. Performance has been excellent, even at times of peak demand. SPAR ICS also created an award-winning, AI-enabled demand forecasting system with Azure Synapse Analytics and is moving it to Microsoft Fabric. With the new system, SPAR Austria Group is optimizing its supply chain and achieving 90 percent inventory prediction accuracy.

Building on a years-long relationship with Microsoft, SPAR ICS recently used Cloud for Retail to create and release the scalable, manageable, and highly secure SPAR app to enhance the SPAR shopping experience. Performance has been excellent, even at times of peak demand. SPAR ICS also created an award-winning, AI-enabled demand forecasting system with Azure Synapse Analytics and is moving it to Microsoft Fabric. With the new system, SPAR Austria Group is optimizing its supply chain and achieving 90 percent inventory prediction accuracy. Future AI plans include using Copilot for Microsoft 365 to enhance employee productivity.
