Power Automate pay-as-you-go pricing

Learn more about Power Automate pay-as-you-go pricing.

Power Automate introduces pay-as-you-go pricing

Today we are announcing that the new Power Automate pay-as-you-go pricing is available, providing flexible payment options for the existing Power Automate subscription plans already available across Microsoft’s commerce channels.  These new pay-as-you-go options will enable customers to pay only for the number of flow runs they execute in a given month using an Azure subscription.

The Power Automate licensing changes will go into effect on July 19, 2022, and billing will start on August 1, 2022:

  • The Power Automate cloud flow run and desktop flow run (attended mode) will be priced at $0.60 per flow run, enabling organizations to run automation at scale without per user licenses, and only pay for the number of cloud flow runs or attended flow runs.
  •   The Power Automate desktop flow run (unattended mode) will be priced at $3 per flow run, which allows organizations the ability to pay only for the number of desktop flows that run in unattended mode.

Please visit the Power Automate pricing page for pricing details and the Pay-as-you-go plan page for details about how to set up pay-as-you-go for Power Automate. Please also contact your Microsoft representative or our Power Automate sales team for more information.
