Identify keywords for ATS

Applicant tracking systems (ATS) scan resumes and cover letters for specific keywords. These keywords could be related to skills, titles, and qualifications for the posted job. You can use Copilot to help identify possible ATS keywords so you can optimize your cover letter with them.

Try asking Copilot to “analyze this job description for relevant keywords for applicant tracking systems?” Then, copy and paste the URL or text of the job description. While Copilot can’t provide the specifics of what a company is looking for or how or whether it uses ATS, Copilot can suggest several keywords that may apply to the specific job description.
