Carbon

Explore our progress toward becoming carbon negative.

Getting to carbon negative by 2030

Abating carbon emissions remains one of the defining critical sustainability challenges of our time. As we work toward being carbon negative, we focus on reducing emissions first, then removing the rest.

Carbon reduction

Our approach to reducing carbon centers on improving efficiency to cut energy use, expanding access to carbon-free electricity, and adopting sustainability practices across our business and supply chain.

Carbon removal

We use carbon removal to address residual, hard-to-abate emissions, as well as our historical emissions, prioritizing solutions that remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and store it durably under rigorous quality standards.
