Inclusive hiring for people with disabilities

From the very first days of our company, Microsoft has sought to enable individuals and organizations around world to do great things.

Our culture

Microsoft is striving to promote an inclusive company culture. We work to ensure that our products meet the needs of all our customers, including people with disabilities. We believe that when our technology reflects the diversity of the people who use it, everyone can achieve more.

Disability Employee Resource Group

The Disability ERG represents employees with disabilities, their family and allies. It drives internal visibility, awareness of disability groups, and accessibility improvements in the work environment.
