Power Apps per app license sales end

Learn more about the Power Apps per app SKU end of sale and what it means for existing and new customers.

January 14, 2026

Effective January 2, 2026, the Power Apps per app SKU is no longer available for purchase by new customers.

Existing Enterprise customers using this license will see no disruption and can continue to use and renew this SKU after their current agreement ends. During the term of an Enterprise Agreement, customers may add or adjust users, with changes reconciled through the standard annual true‑up process rather than individual purchase orders.

For existing MPSA customers, the SKU will no longer be offered. Their agreements will remain active, and they can continue using the Power Apps per app license until the agreement ends. After that, they will have a 60-day window to migrate to an alternative solution.

Existing and new CSP customers will not be impacted. They can continue to purchase, use, and renew their Power Apps per app subscription. We are in the process of updating our price lists, and the SKU will be available for purchase again starting in early April.1

We recommend you reach out to your Microsoft representative with any additional questions.
