Microsoft created the ACTS initiative to help drive transformative change within government agencies worldwide. Each engagement begins with an assessment of a customer’s needs and infrastructure. Through our experiences, we’ve validated that certain use cases, like tax and procurement, occur on a more regular basis than others. We apply the operational and compliance expertise we've acquired from those experiences to the situation at hand.
